You Should Know...
Jental Labz provides services in independent medical specimen collection, processing, and delivery service. Jental Labz does not conduct laboratory testing. Jental Labz is not a clinic, hospital or research lab.
Once specimens are collected and delivered, Jental Labz has no control (not responsible) for results being sent to the physician, or timely manner it takes to be tested and sent to your physician.
Jental Labz will not assistant in patient assessment in clients office. The Stationary Office Phlebotomists (SOP) is not allowed to access patients charts, give or determine diagnosis, nor perform any medical procedure outside of phlebotomy or CPR.
Please do not contact Jental Labz about your test results. Jental Labz has absolutely no access to your test results. You should contact the physician who ordered the laboratory test, or the laboratory who is conducting the testing directly may be able to provide feedback on results.
Jental Labz provides specimen collection, processing, and delivery services only. Patients cannot request specimen collection without a valid laboratory order from a authorized medical physician or medical practitioner.
Jental Labz cannot change or in any way alter the laboratory order provided by the prescribed physician. It is against the law for medical care providers to change a physician's order without consent from the prescribed physician or practitioner.
Jental Labz does not provide services inside a vehicle and will not provide services in any unauthorized public locations.
Jental Labz is not a personal courier service. We cannot transport you to and from your doctor's office, hospital, or any personal places. We cannot deliver any personal items anywhere on your behalf. A doctors order is a requiremen.
Jental Labz is a non-emergency service. Jental Labz perform services during normal business hours, by appointment, and we‘re also ON CALL.
